What is a small agency? Our small agency pricing plan includes full use of software features for agencies with fewer than 5 employees and up to 5 license types. (You can purchase additional features for additional license types.) Small Agency pricing is based on a subscription plan — your agency pays a monthly fee regardless of customizations or actual support time used.
What is included with a GL Suite subscription?
Most agency needs are completely covered by the GL Suite small agency package, including wallet cards,
wall certificates, other reports, field rules, correspondence and many other features. The base package
includes complete functionality for renewals, applications, enforcement, inspections, and exams.
For a full description of features, contact GL Suite for the "Standard Functionality for GL Suite Small Agency Package" brochure.
How does it work? Once you sign a contract, GL Suite gathers information from you about your agency's needs, including forms, correspondence, reports and other samples from your current system. Your agency reviews the specifications, and GL Suite begins development only after you are satisfied with the specification.
Can I make changes to the software after the initial installation? You may make changes to the software at any time by calling technical support. There is no charge for changes within the scope of the "Standard Functionality for GL Suite Small Agency Package" brochure and which do not require additional data conversion work.
How long will does it take to get set up?
Once you submit the contract and setup fee, the average installation, from start to finish, takes 2 to
3 months to complete.
What happens to the data in my current system? We convert data from your current software to GL Suite, if you provide your data in a standard format such as text files, MS Excel, FoxPro, MS Access, dBase, Paradox etc.
What about training? GL Suite provides comprehensive training to all agency staff on the use of the software. Training covers topics that will enable your staff to efficiently use GL Suite to process applications, renewals, cases and other agency activities.
