Helpdesk/Support GL Suite provides a variety of support options for both technology staff and end users, including training, technical support, and customization service requests. GL Suite customizes support plans to meet the needs of each agency and may include developer support. Internet, telephone, dial-up, and on-site support may be purchased by the hour or in packages at a discounted rate.If you need to talk with your representative or another staff member at GL Suite, just pick up the phone. GL Suite provides regular customer support from 7 am - 5 pm PT via a toll-free telephone number. Emergency technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A support engineer can be paged through GL Suite's call center. To assist in the delivery of remote training or even to solve problems or demonstrate functionality, GL Suite maintains a version of each agency's application that is accessible via the web. The secured application enables both the agency and GL Suite staff to simultaneously interact with the application.
Training GL Suite, Inc. provides extensive training so users can quickly become proficient with the software. At installation, GL Suite offers on-site, hands-on training sessions. GL Suite, Inc. employs dynamic trainers who have a wealth of knowledge about licensing agencies and their processes. Our comprehensive training approach gets everyone from data entry personnel, to managers, to system administrators, up and running on GL Suite quickly and performing their jobs with confidence. Follow-up training and technical support is available both on-site and over the internet. Using a web browser, you can attend bi-weekly training sessions on a variety of topics.If your agency desires more training hours than included in the setup cost, you can purchase additional training for a flat fee or at an hourly rate.
Training Documentation GL Suite provides training outlines for both User Training and System Administration Training sessions. As needed, training will include custom functions for your agency. The cost of customized documentation is incorporated into the development costs of the custom features. GL Suite can provide additional training materials, such as job specific desk manuals, at additional cost.Your staff can use the standard GL Suite User and Administrative Manuals and any customized documentation as training tools. Standard GL Suite User and Administrative Guides are included in the base cost of the contract. Documentation is delivered in MS Word and in hard-copy.
