Manage Enforcement Cases GL Suite lets you view and track all complaint, investigation, hearing and compliance actions pertaining to a license. You can automate case handling among staff by setting triggers, such as initiating an investigation upon receipt of a complaint or following up on a late drug treatment report. Triggers can be based on other actions such as a complaint being lodged, deficiencies resulting from an inspection, or an elapsed timeframe such as if a document is not received within by a certain date. The trigger can be set up so certain staff, such as an inspector or cheif investigator, receives an automatic email, fax, or notice via a printer when these events occur. Automate Penalty and Compliance Tracking GL Suite enables you to record penalties (monetary and non-monetary) against a respondent. Track fines, drug treatment reports, education requirements, supervision constraints, and all other compliance actions within each case. GL Suite automatically schedules repeating compliance requirements such as a drug test report every thrity days for twelve months. Bring consistency to your enforcement efforts by allowing GL Suite to automatically create administrative fines and penalty fees according to criteria set by your agency. GL Suite can identify and generate reports for cases and outcomes, including disparate compliance outcomes, for similar allegations. You can base the reports on criteria such as the nature of the proven allegations, failure to meet compliance requirements, prior enforcement actions, or any other criteria established by your agency. Use the information to provide guidance to your board or agency on recommended penalties for future cases. After assessing penalties, GL Suite tracks compliance and notifies the appropriate investigative staff of problems. Create, Retain and Route Enforcement Documents and Letters Automate the generation of common enforcement letters like status reports to complainants, subpeonas for documents and notice of hearings or charges. The process of creating correspondence can be run automatically in a batch or can be done manually for one or more records. As with other GL Suite processes, these actions can be set up to trigger other events, such as notification of other parties or follow-up reminders. The application stores all documents generated by the system and even allows you to upload other documents like case evidence. The images are stored exactly as printed for later retrieval by staff. All documents associated with a record can be easily viewed from within the case. View a Licensee's Entire Enforcement History If your agency handles enforcement actions as different case types, GL Suite allows you to link the complaints, cases, hearing, compliance and appeal cases together and associate them all to the licensee, allowing you to view related information at a glance. Secucre access to this information can be controlled by setting up the appropriate permissions.
