Leadership Since its creation in 1997, GL Suite, Inc. has been an industry leader in software solutions and process improvement for regulatory agencies. Founders Bill Moseley and Eric Staley, former government licensing agency administrators, developed GL Suite in a desire to help government regulatory agencies improve the quality and efficiency of public service.
