In 2009, guest speaker Jim Lussier, founder of The Lussier Center (TLC), spoke about the importance of setting goals for an organization, as well as for individuals. The Lussier Center focuses on the quest for personal and organizational performance excellence through the development of optimum governance and leadership. According to Lussier, goals help provide an organization with: purpose, direction, vision and leadership. In addition to improving organizations, goals help develop individuals. "The universe constantly aligns to help us achieve," said Lussier, "but we must answer the question of what we want to achieve."
Several clients delivered presentations on information system projects recently tackled using GL Suite. GL Solutions staff demonstrated new software functions under development. Clients had the opportunity to discuss new features, evaluate changes in service plans and give valuable feedback to assist in planning continuous improvements in client support.
