While most agency requirements can be configured within the application, GL Suite also supports custom programs and reports written either by agency staff or via ongoing support agreements with GL Solutions.
Custom programs can be developed in any language deployable on a Windows 2003 Server or later operating system, as long as it has an accessible programming interface such as Visual Basic, C++, SQL, or XSLT.
